To ensure your wine order remains protected from the elements during the summer months, we recommend selecting a delivery method that includes ice packs. Orders without ice packs or express shipping methods may be delayed until temperatures are safer for shipping. If applicable at checkout, select the UPS Ground + Green Cell Foam Shipper + Ice Packs delivery method.
How Ice Pack Shipping Works
We utilize Green Cell Foam technology with our shipping boxes. Ice packs keep your wine from getting above unsafe temperatures during this transit time. The ice packs melt as the wine travels to you. Wine does not arrive chilled.
Please note that a signature from someone 21 years of age or older will be required upon delivery. The carrier will attempt delivery up to three times if no one is present. Consecutive delivery attempts may reduce the effectiveness of the icepacks. If possible, we recommend shipping to a UPS Access point, business address, or location where someone is available to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt.
